Festivities and events are considered high season.
The basic price is for apartament and daily, includes warmwater, electricity, gas, parking, bike or surf storage, bed linen.
Upon departure the flat must vacated by 10.00. Arrival from 15.00 to 19.30 p.m. In case of delay, plesae call 0039/3389036617.
Special reductions are given to groups. Apply to the menagement for an estimate.
Booking: your reservation becomes valid after we have received your down payment of 150 euro for week and apartament.
This becomes fully reimbursable in the case you would have to cancel your resevation prior 30 days of your intended arrival.
A later cancellation wil lead to a complete forfeit of 150 euro.
